Before any slips are released
If you subscribe and no VIP content has been released to you yet, contact support and we will refund the payment in full.
Once VIP content has been released
VIP subscriptions are non-refundable once slips for the period have been sent. The product is the information itself, and it cannot be returned after it has been read.
Losing runs are not grounds for a refund
Every prediction carries risk and losing days are published openly. A period that settles badly is an expected outcome of betting, not a service failure.
If we get it wrong
If slips are not delivered, are delivered too late to use, or the service is unavailable for a meaningful part of your period, tell us. We will extend your subscription by the time lost, or refund it where an extension does not make sense.
Duplicate and accidental payments
Duplicate charges are refunded in full as soon as they are confirmed.
How to request one
Email betzentrapredictions@gmail.com from the address on your account with the payment date and plan. Requests are reviewed within two working days.
